About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Noory Educational Consultancy Services, Jalalabad, Afghanistan. The specific scope and fees for consultancy services are agreed with each student before work begins.
Information on this website
Our guides are written to help students understand the study abroad process. We check time-sensitive information against official sources and show the date it was checked. However, requirements, fees and dates are set by universities and government authorities and can change at any time. Always confirm current requirements with the official source before acting. The website is not legal or immigration advice for your individual situation.
No guarantees of admission or visas
Admission decisions are made by universities. Visa and residence permit decisions are made by the relevant government authorities. Noory Educational Consultancy Services does not guarantee, and cannot influence, any admission, scholarship or visa decision.
No visa, no service fee
If your student visa is not approved, we do not charge our service fee. This applies to our own consultancy fee. Payments made to other organisations, such as university application fees, tuition deposits, embassy visa fees, translation and legalisation, go directly to those organisations, and any refund follows their own rules.
Your responsibilities
- Provide information and documents that are genuine, accurate and complete
- Tell us promptly about any change that affects your application
- Pay university, visa and other third-party fees directly to the organisations concerned through their official channels
We will not prepare, alter or submit false or misleading documents, and we may stop working with anyone who asks us to.
Independence
We are an independent consultancy. We are not part of, or affiliated with, the Government of Türkiye, any embassy or consulate, or the Türkiye Scholarships programme. Naming a university on this website does not mean we have a partnership with it.

We link to official and third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
